My Question or Issue

My daughter has changed phones (due to her old one being damaged) and cannot remember her login details. Can I (as the plan manager) retrieve these for her so she doesn't lose her playlists, etc?

Thanks for reaching out.

Since all accounts that are part of a Premium Family plan are regular, standalone Spotify accounts, the plan owner can't just access it. 🙂

I'd recommend telling your daughter to try requesting a password reset using any email addresses that she might own: https://spotify.com/password-reset
