Premium For Family Code Not Working

Premium For Family Code Not Working

After what seems like months of trying, my daughter FINALLY got her email, with the family premium code. We go to her account, and try it under "redeem a code" because that is the only one that we can find on your menu that takes a code. We keep trying the code, it won't work. We then email a new code. Try it. Doesn't work. We've done this about 10 times, in all different browsers. Each time, The error says: Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.

 

How do I get her to use my Premium Family account? Otherwise, I'm going back to the other account. This is a huge waste of time/money.

Hey there!

 

  1. To increase the number of subaccounts in your plan, go to your account page.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click Add Member.
  4. Select the new family plan size that you’d like to upgrade to.
    Note: You should see the new billing date and monthly price for the family plan size that you select, underneath.
  5. Click Add Member.

Hi,

I also have this issue that the family code I sent out to my kids didn't work. I paid family premium plan for the last 5 months. I'm seriously thinking of quiting spotify. There is no live chat or phone call support. 

 

Much appreciated if this is solve.
