Premium account not working

I have paid for the premium account and all of a sudden it's switched back to basic before my month was over. How do I fix this?

If you paid for Spotify Premium, but the subscription isn't working, try following this troubleshooting. Make sure you don't have multiple accounts that could be causing this.

Another thing that could be causing this is a pending payment. You can check your bank statement to verify if the payment is still showing as pending or if it went through.
