Premium family account disconnected

Premium family account disconnected

Hello. 4 of us are on a premium family account. But we keep getting kicked out. In turn. Why does this happen? Thank you.

Hey @Sathish7, welcome to the Community!

 

Can you ask them to check if they were asked to verify their physical address in an email from Spotify? If so, they were probably removed from your plan because they didn't verify their info.

 

You can try inviting them again to see if they can join. If they have any trouble, ask them to try joining using an incognito window.
