non capisco perchè sia al primo che al secondo rinnovo sono stati tolti tutti i membri che avevo invitato nel piano famiglia.

Can you ask them to check if they were asked to verify their physical address in an email from Spotify? If so, they were probably removed from your plan because they didn't verify their info.

You can try inviting them again to see if they can join. If they have any trouble, ask them to try joining using an incognito window.
