Premium family account holder

Premium family account holder

 

Hi,

 

I am the premium family account holder, however it is saying that I am not. Please can this be resolved asap

This could be as simple as logging out and back in, if it still doesn't work go to your subscription page under you account, it should be able to verify whether or not you are registered as the owner. 

 

If you're still having issues after that, I would recommend reaching out to spotify support through this link to see if they can sort things out with your account!
