Premium family doesn't work

Premium family doesn't work

I have bought a premium family account but it doesn't work and i don't know why.

I received an email that says that the payment has been done but my primary account doesn't work too

How many members are you? After subscribing to Premium for Family, did you get an e-mail from Spotify with the receipt of the purchase? Can any member access the Premium features?

 

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Free or Premium?
