Premium family, invitation does not send to email

I've tried to send an invitation email to My doughters email to join our family premium account, but she doesnt get the mail. Not with her spam mails either.
What to do?
I saw something about sending an link instead from My profile, but I can't find any link...

I have the same problem I have tried to invite my son. It is a hotmail account: he didnot get it four times. Also I did not see sending a link possibilty.

not really.But regardless from the invitation Can your daughter use spotify with her account?.I think she can. My son has an account he uses spotify.

She can use Spotify free. But it's very irritating to pay for the family account when not everyone in the family get access to it! Drives me crazy

I have same problem. I have created account earlier about year ago and it is active. But when I now tried to add new it is not working anymore.

So I was having this issue....and found a successful workaround. I sent the invite to another email of my own that was unlinked to spotify. The invite email sent immediately and then I just forwarded it to my family member. They were able to instantly use the code to redeem for the family plan and everything worked fine.

Thanks for the workaround. It fixed the problem. 

I was having this problem with a hotmail account as well. Maybe that's the problem. Another option is that these family members used facebook to create their accounts on spotify.
