Premium family verification

Premium family verification

I pay for spotify family premium, and have a second account i share with my boyfriend who lives with me. I was asked to verify my account or that I would get moved back to Spotify free, however I dont check my email that often enough to have known this on time. It says to join back I have to verify my account  but when I click on the link it tries to get me to purchase another spotify family premium.

hi you need to email spotify directly to ask them to sort out your account properly. it is a problem with the account sync. it happened to me as well, i just emailed spotify and they sorted out the payment details etc
