Premium for family faulty

Premium for family faulty

I live in the same address as the main account holder of the Spotify for Family but it keeps saying that Spotify cannot verify that we live in the same address. I keep trying and trying but to no avail. Is there any way to fix this problem? It's not fair that we pay for Spotify for Family when the only person who can use it is the main account holder.

Hey @johanne_d, welcome to the community!

 

If by mistake, the address you enter when joining the plan, doesn't match the one used by the plan owner, the system won't verify your account.
