Premium for family not allowing me to add member

Premium for family not allowing me to add member

I have recently tried to add my daughter to my premium for family account, I have invited her, but when she clicks on the link she is told

Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan.

I do not have another account and cannot therefore find her to remove her.  Is there any way in which I can just start again from scratch?

Hey runicles,

Your daughter should look at her account page and her subscription status, so you can check if she's already on a family membership or not.

If so, you'll have to ask the administrator of the family she's currently in to remove her, as there's no way currently to leave a family by yourself.
