Premium for family owner

Premium for family owner

I am supposed to be the owner of the family premium account but get the following message under my account details, very strange !

Who is the owner then ?

Spotify Premium

Just to confirm, what are you trying to do with your account when you get this message? Also, what device are you rocking Spotify with?

Hi Alfredo, most of the family members have changed phones (all iPhones) ans although my transfer went fine through iCloud (I am still on premium) it did not happen for my daughter. She is not sure about the login and had a message to refer to the family package owner. Which we thought was me. But when I check my account (login through FB) I get the same message to refer to the owner. So that we do not really understand the setup of the family account... How can we know who is registered as owner ? Btw I suggest such info should be given as part of the message we get, what do you think ?

Looks like we'll need to take a look at the Family plan on our end to let you know who's the plan owner.

 

In this case, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hej Alfredo, the first thing I am trying to do is help my daughter get access to her Spotify premium on her new mobile phone. The second is understand how the family account is managed as maybe I as the owner should activate her account on the new phone or deactivate on the old one.

I just wonder why my daughter get the messaget that we have to uppgraid the details of payment and not me, and why we got the message at all?

I agree!  Please list the family plan owner on each member's account page.  Seems it would be so simple for you to add this field and SOOOO Helpful to us!!

This is not helpful.  Twitter etc is hard for many of parents.   Please just include the family plan member on each members account/profile page.   PLEASE!!!!
