Hi all,
I've been using a Premium for Family account with the members of my family. I am the one who makes the payments to Spotify. Last payment was 5th of January. Today I wanted to open Spotify and start a song, but I could not because according to Spotify im using a free account.
Anybody that knows how to solve this?

It sounds like Spotify just unsubscribed you from the Spotify Family account. Maybe your payment didn't go through. That you could check with your bank.
Anyhow I would try to resubscribe over here and see if it lets you. Just double check that you're in your account (you never know) and try resubscribing. Does it let you do that?

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using that username on the email. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab.
