Premium for family

Hey! I am using spotify free and my brother is using premium. He has invited me for premium for fam. I wrote right everything but still I havent join premium and any suggestion at help center isn’t working . How can ı do?

You had probably made a mistake in typing your address. Your brother has to cancel the current family plan and make a new one. Please be sure, that you write exactly the same address as your brother.
