Today my family account expired, but two weeks ago I signed up a student account. I paid for it the 12th of february but today when the family account expired I only have the free version. I have tried to log out and in again and followed all the tips on spotify’s website but nothing helps. What can I do?

Can you take a look at this link? This might help. Also, you may have two accounts, so we recommend you to try to log in with different usernames or email addresses.
