I did paid the money for family plan but it showed me some error occurred and i didnt get my premium plan.

Hi @Akshay7374,

 

Could you let us know in the account section if your plan is reflecting free or the plan you have intended to select? You can also check your receipts to see if the payment has gone through.

If the payment has not been deducted, you can retry at a later time, or you can try using another device or an incognito browser window. It's a good idea to clear your browser's cached data as well 🙂
