Problem being sent family invite

Problem being sent family invite

Having trouble being invited to a family plan. Recently discontinued my premium account but still unable to receive the email invite from my dad.

We have the same problem. My daughter does not receive the invitation. She had an individual premium account and she received emails from Spotify (so the invitation is not in spam). Her account was created with facebook, perhaps the problem is there. Is your situation similar?

Yes, I also created my account through Facebook. That might be the problem!
