Problem to connect on a Premium family spotify account

Hi,

I receive an invitation to connect on an spotify premium family, but I can't join the account.
We live in the same adress, but at the last step : Confirmation, when I enter all the information (which there are right), I have this message: 3. Oops something wrong, please try again. 

We try to send me 4 times the invitation, but same problem each time.

The first time, I didn't have time to accept the invitation, so the send me back the invitation.

What is the problem ?

we have the same problem. The members was worked fine until last week, suddently they dissapear and don´t reconnect.
