Problem to subscribe a family member to Family Premium

Problem to subscribe a family member to Family Premium

Hi, 

 

I have created an Family Premium account but one of the members cannot subscribe to my account, whereas the others can. The invitation is sent but my daughter (Alexia Servais) never recieved it. 

Can you arrange this disfonctionnement?

Hey @Veronique21, welcome to the community!

 

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

If your daughter isn't receiving the email invite to join the plan, try cancelling the current invite and using a different browser or an incognito window to send it again. Also, make sure the invite isn't hiding in her unwanted or junk mail boxes.

 

After trying this and she's still not receiving the email invite, you can also try sending it to an alternate email address. Users can update the email address on their accounts anytime following these steps.

 

If you've tried all the steps above and still your daughter can't join the plan, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook for further assistance.
