Problem with Premium for family

Problem with Premium for family

I received an invitation to get a Premium for family, I accepted and added my address. It was working good, but a few days latter I received an email asking to verify my account. I accidently missed that email, and 7 days latter I was out of the plan. Now, I’m trying to get the same Premium for family that I had, but when I click on the invitation and fill the address, it gives me the message: “You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help? Read our FAQ”. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, here are some steps I found has helped multiple people. 

 

Step 1, Ask you family member to re-send the invite to your email

 

Step 2, Locate the invite code sent to your email.

 

Step 3, Copy and paste this link to your browser's URL bar but dont send it: https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

Step 4, copy and replace xxxxxxxxxxxxx with your invitation code

( For example, I have an invitation code of SPFCknssurZCh. Then copy SPFCknssurZCh and replace xxxxxxxxxxxxx The whole URL will be: https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/?token=SPFCknssurZCh )

 

Step 5, Send the "modified" url then you will be redirected to a confirmation page that requires your family address info.

 

Step 6, DONE, enjoy your music with your "family members"!!!
