Problem with overseas use

Problem with overseas use

We have a family plan and are UK based.  All was well until my son started university in New Zealand.  Now when he uses spotify, we get kicked off and when we use it he gets kicked off.  I have read here that overseas use is allowed as long as everyone is based at the home address - which he still is, although spending most of his time in NZ.  Can this be fixed or do we need seperate accounts?  Thanks.
