Problem with premium family account

Hi,

I have a problem with my brother, because i invited him 2 month ago but now his account is reject on family account. I tried to reinvite and verify but i receve an error

3 - Ops. There was an error. Try again.

I read this link :

but don't works because if i paste the link: www.spotify.com/family/verify with master account i see a blank page, if i do this with my brother account i se the correct page and i insert a correct address.

Can you help me?

You could contact spotify directly, but it takes longer. Let's try troubleshooting this together! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try entering the link in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try entering the link on on another device, that should do the trick!
