Problem with premium for family

Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago, my brother and sister have an issue that they were kick off for the plan because it was a problem in their account.

I talk with someone in online chat that resolved this issue. But now I have the same problem for my little brother.

All lives in the same house and when he tried to put the Zip code, an error occurs and he was kicked off.

Please, could anyone help me with this?
