Problem with secondary account

Problem with secondary account

I have a problem with premium family.

The others account are cancelled by my plan, and they can’t back.

Spotify can you help me??

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

I'm not sure I fully understand what's going on, If you can give me a bit more info it'd be great.

 

In the meantime, if you're having trouble inviting your family member's accounts, try asking them to clear their browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to accept the invite.

 

Remember that all members of the plan must live in the same physical address to join.
