Problems canceling my family member ship

trying to cancel my family member ship but everytime i try to it says it has encountered a problem and to try again but i have tired 5000 times and still says it has encountered a problem. somebody help please

That sounds very odd. Have you tried cancelling using a different browser? You should also try clearing out the cache and cookies memory of your browser before attempting again. If that doesn't help either, try opening an incognito/private window and trying again. You can find the guide on how to cancel here.
