Problems with family plan

Problems with family plan

I have a problem with a verification from a person in my family that tells you that your account can not be verified, we live in the same house. I think that when asked for verification of the account a little change the address but because we put the exact because it is written different in Guatemala than in the United States, I need a quick response from you because it is an annoying problem. Re activate the account and verify all the accounts to put the address with the greatest accuracy. I hope they can solve the problem quickly, since there are problems of not being able to use something that is being paid.
