Residence Definition

Dear Mr/Ms,

I was wondering what is your definition of residence since in some countries there are several: tax residence, "actual residence", domicile, etc...

I am living with my girlfriend abroad, and both got a local resident permit with the same address. However, she did not move her tax-residence from our home-country: may she put as residence our home?

In order to join a Family Plan, all members must be living in the same address.

If your girlfriend is living with you this should not be a problem, you both can be part of the same Family Plan.
