Sharing Spotify Premium Family with my partner

can I share Spotify Premium Family with my partner (we are not married and have different last names)?

We live together at the same address (in Germany).

Unfortunately I have not found anything in the help section.

In case you and your partner share the same physical address, you can subscribe for the Premium Family plan anytime. The difference in the last names won't be an issue when subscribing.
