Spotify Famille délai confirmation adresse dépassé

Bonjour,

Je n'ai pas vu un premier mail me demandant de confirmer mon adresse (domicile), le délai étant dépassé, ma conjointe a été bannie de notre compte famille de façon totalement aléatoire. Juste pour une histoire de validation d'adresse. il est impossible de réintégrer son compte pendant 12 mois alors que nous vivons bien à la même adresse.

Est il possible de corriger ce problème ? uniquement lié à un mail non lu.

In case the invite link for joining Premium Family has expired first thing you can try is opening the link once again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

If that doesn’t work, the plan’s manager will need to send a new invite to the family member that couldn't join.
