Spotify Family / Fiancee can't listen music anymore

Hello there. I switched to family subscription and my fiancee started using spotify via my subscription (I invited her own account). We're living in the same address but she lost the family subscription somehow. Now when I try to invite her again, after she receives invitation it says "You couldn't join this family subscription.DO you need help?" blabla.

How can we fix this?

Did you ever get this resolved?  I'm looking to do a similar setup once my fiancee and I move in together in May .. don't want to run into these family plan headaches if they can be avoided!
