Spotify Family Location Of Accounts

My family and I are on holiday, I've just changed my account from a student account to a family account and then went to invite my family to the account. They are getting the message that they need to be in the same country as the account holder.

We're in Portugal at the moment but with my account I've given my UK address. I've tried using UK vpns as well but still getting the message. We all live in the same house. Thanks

Resolved. Went into my sister's account and changed country from pt to uk
