There I can change the mail, password, postcode, gender, birthdate, country, mobilephone etc but not street and street number.

(it's not in the 'normal' account overview!)

Contact the support. There is no option to change at this moment.

I have contacted the support.

The only solution is to end the subscription, start a new one and add again all family members.

Hi! I need a quickly solution.... I put the two probably addresses of my account, but the problem is going on. I have a premium account, and If this problem continue, I will to cancel my subscription. My family and I live in the same adress... this is incredible... 

I need a form where I could edit my information!!!! Please, give me a good answer

when you edit your payment method, you can edit your adress and resend the family invitation

I have the same issue, while it might work with the billing option it's not the case when using paypal. My Paypal account has the correct address which all my family mabers use and they are still kicked out...

It would be a lot easier if we could just add the address in the account page and that's it!

Mail support, the only way to solve the issue is to 'delete' and 'recreate' the account that is admin to the family plan.

Support will help you on the migration.

How can I transfer my playlists and friends to new family account?

Me and my wife using family plan. But spotify dismissed me twice from it because our adress' do not match. I intended to change it but i've never found where i can do it. I mailed the situation to spotify but did not get an answer. So we are closing our accounts. 

Spotify is the worst help service comp. had, i've ever used. They need to connect their customers more. I want to ask a question but i found no one to ask.
