My Question or Issue

We have an Indonesian Family plan. We want to add the kids to this but a few problems:

- Indonesia blocked on kids Spotify? Why would this even be a thing?

- Normal Spotify does not allow a kid account (based on date of birth)

The kids are 11, 8 & 5

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

Spotify Kids is a standalone app that is currently available in a few countries. So we'd first recommend checking if the app is available in your country by checking the updates at the bottom of this Newsroom article. 

At the moment, we don't have any additional info about how long it could take to reach other markets, but any relevant info will be posted in the article mentioned previously.

Hope this clarifies things a bit. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

So...

I can pay for a family service in Indonesia but can't use it - hmm that seems very backwards. The article you shared is from 2019 and you mention rollout to all markets that offer a family premium service. This is now 6 years? Surely there is a better update on timeline!?

How can I get Spotify on my kids' iPads without the kids app? They are 11, 8 & 5.
