Spotify Premiun, Can't login

Hi ! 

I'm from Germany amd there we have a family premium account. I'm since 6 months in Australia and it worked with no problems, but since the update 2 weeks ago, I can't login in the family account anymore. What can I do ?

Hey @Ja1234, welcome to the Community!

To be on a Premium for Family plan, you need to be residing at the same physical address as the owner. 

Since you're living in Australia, you won't be able to get back into the plan until you're back in Germany.

For now, we suggest you update your country setting following these steps so you don't have any trouble using your Free account.
