Spotify Won't activate a family member on my Premium account

Spotify Won't activate a family member on my Premium account

I have a family Premium membership.  I sent an invite to my son to join.  He received and clicked on the link in the email invite.  It takes him to a Spotify page that shows MY account info where credit card info can be managed.  Looks like a broken link, yes?  We've tried it multiple times by resending the email invitation, but end up at the same incorrect webpage.

I've checked my Family Premium account frequently and it continues to show 'Invitation pending' under my son's invitation status. It won't change to 'accepted'.

My wife was able to accept my invitation and is now activated.  So why not my son?  Any help is welcome.  Thanks for your interest.

Hello, I´m trying to activate my wife and sons under my Premium account, but the system ask them which is the current address.  We typed it, and the system doesn´t let them to activate the account, always indicates that somenthing went wrong!!  And we are currently one next to the each other!!! whats going on??? I have paid many months for nothing
