My Question or Issue

 Hi, I subscribed for family plan and month subscription fee is RM22.40. However, I was charged RM22.62 monthly. May I know why is it like that?

Is this the first time you sign up? We sometimes charge a payment method a small amount to see if it works before charging the full rate.

Hi, I am premium family member since 2015. I never look at my credit card bill for Spotify part until recently.

 

After that I checked back 2018 monthly credit card statement and found out Spotify charged me incorrect amount every month which I posted in last thread.
