Spotify familiar primium problems

Spotify familiar primium problems

I sucribed my family to the primium so that the could used it, it worked during some months but know they dont have the subscripcion anymore. They live with me in teh same house I dont know what is the problem.

Hey @pauliestrada93

 

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. He should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.

I have the same issue, my family members couldn´t confirm our direction. I don´t know what to do and if I don´t solve this soon I will cancel my family subscription because I won´t pay for something that my family isn´t using, please help me to solve this.
