Spotify family active not dispalyed

As you can see in the screenshot provided, I can see 1 active member (in red) , but the other I cant see, even when i click the link, it doesn't show their spotify photo or let me access any options further. I have restarted my chrome, accessed on other computers etc... any ideas?!

Same problem with me, I think I will try contact Spotify another way as there are no answers on any of the 10 or so threads about this I have already seen 😞
