Spotify family won't add family...

Spotify family won't add family...

I made a spotify family account and tried to add my wife's account, but it just keeps saying she doesn't have premium. I've removed and readded her several times, and it still just says she needs to upgrade to premium. Whats the deal with this? can  anyone help...

Hey @efarro, welcome to the community!

 

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

If your wife was able to join the plan, but the account shows as Free on her end, we suggest trying a quick reinstall.

 

If she's unable to join the plan when you send the invite, try asking her to use a different browser or an incognito window to accept the invite.

 

Also, make sure she's logging in with her own account to join, since each family member must have their own account to join the plan.
