Problem with connect to device

Problem with connect to device

Hello,

 

I have a problem with connect to device, namely i have Premium for Family, when i used Spotify with my wife, I'm on the computer, wife in the car by Iphone. A problem appears with connect to device, because when i click on icon "Connect to device" there are to devices (my computer and Iphone wife) when i chose my computer, the music on device wife is stopped and the other way the same. Have you any solution to solve this problem, because i thought when we have Premium for Family it's possible to listen diffrent music on diffrent devices.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

With the Premium for Family plan, you can have up to 6 Premium accounts, this means that each family member must create their own Spotify account, and then you can invite them to join the plan.

 

Let's make sure your wife signs up for Spotify here. Once she sets up her account, you can log in to manage the Premium for Family plan and send her an invite. You can find all the info on how to manage the Family plan here.

 

She needs to log into her own account on her device and the music won't be interrupted for either one of you.

 

If you both had created playlists using your account, you can share with her the playlists she uses. That way, she'll be able to listen to them from her own account as well.
