Spotify family

Spotify family

I have followed the instructions for my daughter to join spotify family and when logged in it is showing she is a premium member. However when my husband who is the accoun holder uses his phone with spotyfy it asks whether to continue listening on his device or my daughters. How do I change this? Help!!

Hi @laura-Jane!

 

Do you, your husband, and your daughter each have separate accounts? Meaning, your username and password are different from that of your daughter and husband? The message your husband is seeing usually comes up when someone is logged into the same account in more than one place, so you'll need to make sure everyone is using their own account.
