Spotify is not working

Spotify is not working

I don't speak a lot of English but I'm going to try! My Spotify account isn't working!!!!! I have family premium but tonight I can't listen to music in any of the accounts... It's say that I didn't pay but I did! So... What can I do?? Its say that I have Spotify free and I need to start in premium. If I start again in family premium, I need to pay twice?? I'm going to lose everything??? Please help me!!!!

I would say check your credit card in case it has been updated or switch to another card. If I'm correct, you won't lose your accounts but their subscription service will say free and not premium but everything should be saved. For family pay, you pay one price for the accounts. Ex: 6 accounts = pay $15 a month for all. Hope this helps!

I did that, I change the credit cart but its still not working 😥😓.
