Technical Problems with Family Plan

Technical Problems with Family Plan

I subscribed for a family plan and invited my husband to join. He accepted the invitation and it worked for a while, but then it stopped working due to an address issue. He updated the address on his account, but it still did not work. Also, whenever we try to manage the family plan on the website, the Premium for Family webpage does not upload correctly (see the attached pic). It's all a blank page. What can we do? I am paying for a service I am not using and it's IMPOSSIBLE to even exchange e-mails with Spotify (extremely disapponting, btw).

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to see if you can send your husband a new invite.

 

Also, did your husband receive an email notification about the physical address being incorrect?
