family plan trouble

family plan trouble

so i recieved the invitation for the family plan ad followed all the steps.

on my brothers plan it shows that i am on his premium and active however when i log into mine it still ants me to upgrade and i have none of the premum servces.

Let's make sure you're logging into the correct Spotify account; you might have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If you only have one account, try reinstalling Spotify, that usually does the trick.
