The members in my family premium package did not get a reply when they have verified their accounts.

The members in my family premium package did not get a reply when they have verified their accounts.

Im the owner of a premium account and my family member got removed when it was the premium package renew date . They were asked to enter a Zip Code and they have entered the same Zip Code ( my postal code ) as minE and the server stated that they will sent another confirmation email but there was no email sent to them.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
