Unable to use Spotify Family

Unable to use Spotify Family

HELP!!!

I recently upgraded my Premium subscription to family. However, when anyone I invite tries to use the account they get an error (when entering the invite code)

"We couldn't add you to Premium for Family as your account needs to be based in the same country as the owner of the Premium for Family subscription."

 

This makes no sense as all accounts are in the UK (in the same house!!!). My account sayd GB so no idea why this is happening.

Any ideas?
