Upgrade to premium family from EE

 how can i upgrade to family i pay through EE and i dont want to lose any of my playlists can anyone help please.

Hi @Jonesyavfc1 and welcome to the Community! 🙂
I am unfamiliar with EE as a payment option, but if it's a separate provider and not directly with Spotify you would need to cancel with them first. The Family plan can only be subscribed to through Spotify directly.
