Using family plan but now I moved away

Hi! So I was using the family plan in Mexico, but now I came to the United States and it doesn't let me log in nor change my plan to a student plan. Help :S

Right now, all family members must live in the same physical address to be part of the Premium for Family plan.

If your account went back to Free, you'll need to update your account's country so you can log back in without any trouble. You can then get Premium just for your account with a payment method from the USA.

If you're still unabe to access your account after updating the country, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look and help you out.
