My Question or Issue

 Hola! Me enviaron el mail de verificación para la cuenta familiar hace unos días, pero no llegué a verlo hasta que pasaron los siete días y pasaron mi cuenta a gratuita. Cuál es el método a seguir para que me reenvíen el mail y poder verificar mis datos? Gracias!

Sorry to hear you were unable to verify your physical address. In this case, you'll need to ask the admin of the plan to reinvite you.

Hi! They resent the invite, I am asked to fill the address details to verify them, and even when it is the same house and address, it still doesn't allow me to join the plan.

Hi, I am the administrator of a family plan and I have the same problem, since I sent the invitation and the person does not appear active, please help me, since I can not delete it nor send the invitation again because there is no option.

Hey folks!

 

Right now, all members of the Family plan must live in the same physical address, as stated on the T&Cs.

 

If the family members that received the email aren't living in the same address, they won't be able to join the plan again. However, they can get the regular Premium subscription here.
