Was removed from premium family after verification failed, although I live in the same house!

Was removed from premium family after verification failed, although I live in the same house!

Hi, 

 

I was Just informed that I am banned for 12 months from our premium family account and can't be added anymore because address verification failed.

 

The spotify mails that asked for.my address went directly to my spam folder and I didn't see them. I live in the same house as the account admin.

 

How can this be undone? Or do I really need to open a new account to be added again and lose all my playlists?

 

I would understand to be kicked out until I have verified the address manually after not responding to emails, but 12 months ban is really hard punishment and difficult to understand.
